Helping with personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, vacuuming, clean floor, laundry, clean dishes, grocery shopping, emergency monitoring system, companionship, and respite are relief from family.

Community Care Program
Who will be eligible for our care?
Community Care Program is for eligible seniors, 60 years of age and older with low income, needs assistance with ADL’s and personal care, assessed by a County Social Worker for approval.
Who will pay for the services?
Federal and Illinois Government pays through the County.
