Where are your services available?

We serve primarily the Chicago land area.  We are locally owned and operated with our headquarters being located in Warrenville, Illinois. We provide services in 8 counties, such as Cook, DuPage, DeKalb, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, La Salle & Will Counties. And Home Care non-medical Caregiver services providing in 4 counties, such as DuPage, Kane, Kendall and Will Counties.

Can I pick and choose what services I want from Cure Home Health Care?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our flexible care programs that we can, in conjunction with you, develop to meet your specific needs.

Do I have to pay for Caregiver Services?

If you are on Community Care Program then County will pay, If you have a long term care insurance then that insurance will pay, otherwise you will pay privately.

How will I pay for Caregiver Services?

Cure Home Care will send an invoice weekly/biweekly to you, and then you will pay the amount that was billed to you.

If our caregiver is sick for a day will someone else come out and visit?

Yes. We are a large team, and one of the advantages of choosing Cure Home Care Services is that you rest easy knowing we have continuum of care in the event of caregiver’s absence.

How often do you offer care giving service?

If you are on Community Care program, Social worker from the county will assess you and made a care plan and frequency of visits and we are following that frequency, same as insurance how many visits insurance covering, but if you are paying privately then you will decide how many visits you needs.

What do I do to suspend my service temporarily?

If you are going out of town on vacation or any reason you can simply call our office at 630.836.9977 in advance and they can arrange things accordingly.

What do we do if we have to cancel service?

Simply call our office or send us a notice of cancellation. If you are canceling because of dissatisfaction with your care giving experience, we would love the opportunity to discuss how we can improve

Does your physician visit me at home?

Yes, we have many physicians who visit patients in their homes, if the patient is unable to come to the physician’s office. There is no extra cost to the patient.

If my Foley catheter / IV pump / TPN pump / Wound Vac is not working properly especially after office hours, on weekends and long holidays, who will take care of me?

Don’t worry! We have 24-hour registered nurse on call and they will take care of your situation.

What do you mean by “SATISFACTION is GUARANTEED”?

Our satisfaction guarantee is our professional commitment that you will be happy with our care services or you don’t have to pay for it! We know our business depends on doing quality work for you, and this is our commitment to you. We strive to provide you with perfect service, but if there is ever anytime our service is not completely satisfactory please let us know right away. We will make it right – period.
