Our Services
A customized care plan will be designed for every client at Cure Home Health Care Services Corporation. Our agency will coordinate with your physician and other health care professionals who are involved in the total care plan.
These are the services we currently offer:
Home Health Services
Skilled Nursing – Complete physical assessment, teaching disease process, medication, diet exchange plan and diabetic foot care as ordered by the physician.
Wound Care Specialization – Any kind of wounds and ostomy care treatment and bedside debridement by the WOCN nurse.
IV Therapy Specialization – For hydration, TPN and IV antibiotic therapy provided by our high tech skilled nurse at the patient’s home.
Home Health Aide (CNA) – assist with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, personal care, passive range of motion, light meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Physical Therapy – to improve muscular strengthening, gait training, safety precaution to lower extremities and teach home exercise programs.
Occupational Therapy – to improve motor skills, muscular strengthening, increase ADL’s functions, and teach home exercise programs.
Speech Therapy – to improve speech and swallowing function, and provide home exercise as indicated.
Medical Social Worker – complete assessment of psychological, behavioral, living environment, counseling and arrange community resources.
Other Services Offered
- Arrange physician for home visit to those who are unable to go to the physician’s clinic
- PT/INR monitoring by latest INRatio Machine at patient’s home
- Arrange medically necessary equipment (DME) needed at home
- Arrange laboratory services for blood, stool, urine and body fluids test and cultures as ordered by physician.
Who will be eligible for our care?
Residents who are home-bound and need assistance with therapy and nursing services that are medically reasonable and necessary as directed by the primary care physician.
Who will pay for services?
Medicare, Medicaid, most insurance and private pay.
Schedules are flexible too! Clients can request for services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We have a Nurse who is on-call 24 hours a day, available to answer any emergency and non-emergency questions.
Home Care (Non-Medical) Services
Everything starts with Caring. As caregivers, we are professionally inclined to be concerned with your conditions at home. We are compassionate from the beginning as we ensure your comfort and quality of life through services including but not limited to:

- Light Housekeeping
- Running Errands
- Mobility Support
- Companionship
- Assisting with Transportation
