Skilled Nursing
Registered nurses and licensed practical nurses are available around the clock, and care is provided under the direction of your primary doctor.
Skilled nursing services include:
- Complete patient assessment head to toe
- Patient education
- Heart/Lung & BP monitoring
- Medication supervision
- Bedside PT/INR test (Protime Test for Coumadin)
- Wound care under WOCN (Wound Ostomy Care Nurse)
- Wound Vac care
- IV medication infusion
- TPN (total parental nutrition)
- Nutritional counseling
- Family instruction
