Keeping our residents stay active and healthy is one of our top priorities. We have designed fun community fitness and wellness opportunities to help our residents exercise, maintain their health, and promote their independence.

We have exercises fit for strengthening the arms, legs, and core muscles that are essential to be able to perform the everyday routines you enjoy. Then, low impact exercises such as walking, yoga, and simple stretching aim to improve cardio health, muscle tone, and stress reduction.

You or your loved one can enjoy our exercise programs and fitness classes. We also offer weekly trips and outings outside the residence to motivate our residents.
